This new Friends of the Earth spot does a great service.
For one, it highlights the gulf which separates supposedly green McCain from Clinton and Obama on the climate issue.
For another, it raises fair warning: the Lieberman Warner bill now working its way through Congress is an unnecessary capitulation to the fossil fuel industry and the Republican interests that protect it.
Friends of the Earth says: fix it or ditch it.
