Midwest Floods and Global Warming: There's a Connection

Extreme weather. It's one of the primary symptoms of global warming. Yet in the mainstream media, you'll find nary a mention of global warming in connection with the floods ravaging the Midwest.
That's why you have to read Joe Romm to understand what the connection is.
Understandable that he chides the media for not doing their homework and informing the public properly. There's publicly available data produced by the US government that spells out the connection. It's called the US Climate Extremes Index.
The U.S. Climate Extremes Index was explicitly created to take a complicated subject (multivariate and multidimensional climate changes in the United States) and make it more easily understood by American citizens and policy makers.
As far back as 1995, analysis by the National Climatic Data Center showed that over the course of the 20th century, the United States had suffered a statistically significant increase in a variety of extreme weather events, the very ones you would expect from global warming, such as more -- and more intense -- precipitation.
That analysis concluded the chances were only "5 to 10 percent" that this increase was due to factors other than global warming, such as "natural climate variability." And since 1995, the climate has gotten much more extreme.
The US media must do a better job, Romm concludes. But maybe this latest catastrophe will connect the dots for more people who have eyes to see.

Weather Modification
As the first meteorologist on the planet to figure out the massive weather modification project being done by the US,NATO,Russia and China I find these claims to be extremely insulting and dishonest to the American Public. The militaries in these organizations modify the weather on a daily basis and play weather warfare with each other. The US Military was modifying the weather to allow the strengthening of the Bermuda High Pressure system which brought record heat to most of the Eastern US early in June. The connection here is when they did the same thing in late March of this year to relieve the flooding across Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri and Southern Illnois. Iowa, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Northern and Central Illnois were hammered with heavy rains and moderate flooding. North America had a near average temperature during the month of March.
Weather patterns repeat themselves and with warmer weather and more moisture in the air this type of flooding should have been expected. It was the same thing the US Military did in late March. Climate change is being used a smoke screen for clandestant operations of the world militaries. Again I wish you would seriously research short term weather patterns before drawing conclusions based on long term climate trends.
